THE BRAND
Elise and Neveen started their journey 12 years ago while working together at a salon right here in downtown Oakville. From then on, they were inseparable; sharing their love of hair cutting and styling more than ever before. Neveen and Elise attended the Aveda Academy and have undergone extensive training in both Toronto and New York. The two wanted to bring the beauty of the world and the environment together as one. If you haven’t already guessed, the name Eleven represents Neveen and Elise, together.
The salon uses peta accredited products that are created and designed by stylists for stylists to ensure the highest quality results. Neveen and Elise use predominantly vegan products wherever possible, without compromising quality. Eleven and Company also works with GreenCircle Salons in order to recycle 95% of the salon waste, saving it from ending up in landfills.
Neveen and Elise have successfully created a salon that harmonizes between nature and beauty.

Neveen has over 14 years of hair cutting and styling experience. She has worked with some of the top hair stylists, picking up her own set of tips and tricks along the way. She is extremely passionate about her job and lets her work speak for itself.
Neveen is usually the happiest while enjoying a good bottle of wine, some Netflix and great food. She is interested in creating effortless looks that enhance guests natural features. Neveen keeps it honest and always puts her guests priorities first. She adds a level of wit to the conversation and creates an easy going vibe so you can sit back and get comfortable while enjoying the salon experience.

Elise has over 13 years of hair cutting and styling experience. She has learned from the top industry leaders and continues to improve and learn by taking additional classes wherever she can.
When Elise isn’t cutting and styling hair, she loves to enjoy tacos, reiki, participating in yoga classes, travelling around the world and most of all, dogs. Elise has a wonderful personality that brightens up the room when she walks in. If you're talking, she's listening, which usually results in happy guests and knockout looks.
