Running a hair salon in Oakville means a lot of things. But some of our favorite parts as hairstylists have nothing to do with hair at all.
It's the client who sends her sister, her coworker, her neighbour our way, without us ever asking. It's the ones who take five minutes out of their day to leave a review that makes our whole team smile. It's the client who shows up to her appointment with a coffee in hand for whoever's doing her hair that day, just because.
Why This Matters to Us
That stuff matters more than people probably realize. A salon doesn't run on product and technique alone, especially in a community as tight-knit as Oakville and Burlington. It runs on trust. And you've given us so much of it, year after year.
So this week, as our Thanksgiving thank-you winds down, we wanted to take a second and just say it plainly: thank you. For referring your people. For leaving us reviews. For the small, thoughtful things you didn't have to do but did anyway.
